We’ve tried a few of the meals now and they’ve all been solid. Good portion sizes, they taste better than most meal prep companies we’ve had, and the macros make it easy to stay on track. The soy milk mayo rice is definitely our favourite. Super convenient when we’re busy and don’t have time to cook. Definitely recommend if you’re after a quick, high-protein meal that actually tastes good.

The Korean-inspired meals were absolutely delicious! Everything tasted fresh, vibrant, and full of flavour. A perfect balance of flavours, taste and convenience – definitely a standout delivery option!

I had the multigrain rice with chicken and it was perfect. the rice was cooked beautifully and the chicken was delicious. A great dinner 10/10!
