Thank you for choosing Pocket, operated by Chef G Pty Ltd (ACN 92 162 190 070). Our platform lets you register for an account and order products for delivery across Melbourne.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our platform and the supply of goods. Please review them carefully before using our platform.

By using our platform or purchasing products, you enter a legally binding agreement with Pocket. If you disagree with these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Pocket reserves the right to modify the platform, Terms, and products at any time. All prices are in Australian Dollars inclusive of GST.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the platform in accordance with its intended functionality and subject to these Terms.

When using our platform, you must not add content that:

• You don't have the necessary rights or consents to share

• Would cause either party to breach any law or legal obligation

• Could be considered obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, or offensive

• Would bring us or our platform into disrepute

• Infringes on intellectual property or other rights of any person

When registering, you must:

• Not use false email addresses or impersonate others

• Not attempt unauthorised access to our computer systems

• Not share your login credentials with anyone

When using our platform and placing orders, you must:

• Comply with our published policies and procedures

• Ensure ordered products meet your dietary requirements and allergies

• Comply with all applicable laws

• Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information

You must not:

• Disrupt or negatively impact platform operations

• Reverse engineer or decompile the platform

• Commercially exploit the platform or make it available to third parties

• Engage in misleading or deceptive conduct

Once Order Confirmation occurs, your order enters processing. To prevent food waste, you cannot change or cancel one-off orders after the Cut-Off Period begins.

• Order Confirmation is final

• Verify the contents of your order before confirming

• Confirm your delivery address and timing before checkout

We deliver to selected areas across VIC with flat-rate delivery fees based on your suburb. Our packaging includes ice packs that typically maintain freshness for 5–8 hours.

Pocket is not liable for damage to products left outside after delivery. You must provide correct delivery address details at checkout.

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed through Stripe. Pocket never stores your card details.

A 1.7% payment processing surcharge is included in your total at checkout.

For incorrect, damaged, or faulty items, please notify us as soon as possible after delivery. Pocket is not obligated to accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Damage occurring after delivery or when items are left outside

Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours after placement. After the Cut-Off Period our kitchen begins preparation, and orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Pocket complies with applicable Australian Privacy Laws. By ordering or registering, you grant us the right to use your personal information for order processing, delivery, and promotional communications (where you have opted in).

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the links included in our emails, or by contacting our Customer Support team.
